Finding this gem of a restaurant open in the off-season was an unexpected surprise! Ate here twice!! Excellent and friendly service. A variety of dishes available (fresh and local + loved the salad!!) and a wonderful Tasmanian wine list (very reasonably priced too). I'll be back when I am in this part of Tas again...

Dropped into Lucky Ducks on our travels while staying at Port Arthur. This cafe has a beautiful outlook and the food is delicious. .. recommend a visit if you're in the area.

This is among the only few restaurants in Nubeena, a small lovely town near Port Arthur and White Beach. Reservations recommended. Tried the Premium Seafood Chowder & Fried Scallops. There were both phenomenal. Seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection. Service was great and atmosphere was good too.

Lucky Ducks is a small restaurant near the water in Nubeena, on the beautiful Tasman Peninsula. This is good, casual seaside dining with a fresh local menu. Service was slick and friendly and the menu had a good range of options. As mentioned by others, prices are highish but the food was well prepared and presented. The restaurant is not... More

We enjoyed morning coffee here and decided to return for dinner. We booked a table but on arriving were pointed towards our table by the door, then left there for 15 minutes without a welcome or being offered a drink. When the waiter did arrive he was apologetic and took our order. The food was tasty but expensive and it... More

After a wonderful, tiring, day visiting Port Arthur, we were hoping to find somewhere for dinner on the way back to our B & B at Norfolk Bay. We had heard of Lucky Ducks and were pleased to find that it was just about to open when we arrived. It's a small, friendly cafe with a menu with a lot... More
