I have breakfast at the victory almost every weekend. It's honestly my favourite breakfast cafe in Blackheath. The banana smoothies are the best you can get anywhere!

Another classic place we eat in Blackheath. Always delicious food and great drinks/ coffee. Generous food sizes at fair prices. Fun to sit outside (in summer!!!) and watch Blackheath life go by. Can get busy!

Stopped for drinks and a couple of muffins-bit dry -but coffee was excellent. The queuing was a pain and service a bit impersonal but outdoor seating in sun a bonus.

We visited the cafe not long before closing time but the staff were still friendly and happy to serve us hot food (some of the other cafes had already stopped). We enjoyed our late lunch and would go again if in the area. I had the burger which was very nice!

I just popped in for a quick breakfast on the way through and ordered a bacon and egg roll and tea. Firstly anywhere that presents tea made properly (ie no tea bags rather a pot of leaf tea) immediately goes up in my books. Then the B & E roll. It came sandwiched between two square thin toasted maybe turkish... More

We have often has lunch at this cafe. The food and beverages are always delicious and prices are reasonable - about $20 for the main courses. Their main menu is supplemented by daily specials such as the grilled barrumundi with Thai curry sauce and yasmin rice that I enjoyed.

August mornings are very cold in Blackheath but the temperature inside was warm and inviting. We were there mid morning for a late breakfast/brunch and the place was jumping. Only one girl was looking after all tables yet there was no undue waiting and she did her job very efficiently and in a friendly country style

Today enjoyed simple lunch in the cafe, salt and pepper squid for me and chicken pot pie for my dining companion. Service efficient and very pleasant coffee follow the meal very nice. Yet to try the flourless quince and hazelnut cake we grabbed to take his home for morning tea tomorrow. Simple but nice!

Thank afurney
