We came here after reading all the good reviews and the cafe was great! We had pesto mushrooms with the poached egg and the Bircher muesli. Loads of taste and very fresh. The coffee was so good! Fast service and friendly staff. We wouldn't hesitate to go back on our way back through again.

The fire was lit for the chilly morning. Waitress friendly and efficient. Great brekkie choices - by the looks a favourite with the locals. Easy street parking.

Great warm atmosphere, especially in the winter months. Good service and wide ranging menu. Often see local business people eating or having quiet meetings there. Has a fun wall board on which people can leave comments.

We visited for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and this cafe is obviously serving what people want: It was crowded AND there was a takeaway queue. Our order came quickly and was of high quality and average price. We will return!

Soup of the day (potato and chorizo) with sour dough was just what was needed on a passing visit through the Blue Mountains. The open fire helped too on a very cold day. Well worth the stop.

My son loved the bacon and egg sandwich. Sunday morning breakfast. We went just before the farmers market in Blackheath

We were only there for morning tea but we were treated as though we were spending hundreds of dollars instead. The coffee was of good quality and the freshly made cakes we tried were delicious

Used Trip advisor to find somewhere to eat on our way through to lithgow. Glad i looked it up! The service was fast and the food was great. I had the steak sandwich with chips. The chips are yummo and I'd go back just for a bowl of those!! The sandwich was fresh and delicious. Filling too! My husband had... More

We stayed at Cedar Lodge Cabins and had to find some breakfast on Saturday morning at like 7.30 because of the crazy kids waking us up. Couldn't of found a better spot. 100% Recommend.

We went for breakfast and we were very impressed with what we received. When I go out for breakfast I alway treat myself to a big breakfast. Here at the Wattle Cafe, it is called the "Farmyard Breakfast" and it is $21. It was awesome. Everything was cooked exactly how I like it. Poached eggs were perfect - Runny (but... More
