Having eaten at the Titash many times over the years i now find it average at best but then we do travel the country and there are so many better indian restaurants than this. The food is reasonable but many dishes taste the same. What really lets it down in recent years is the service - not welcoming and almost... More

What a bizarre place ! It looked lovely from the outside. On entering it was dark and empty with no music on or atmosphere. A man walked us to a table and the floor was really dirty by the steps at the bar. When we sat there was only us and another table and it felt realy uncomfortable. We were... More

Best in the area by a long way. Good range and Cobra beer! Service is discreet but prompt. Recommend the prawn Korma. Never tried the really hot stuff but my wife says they are all good. Welcomes assistance dogs.

Went for dinner on a Sunday. One diner is dairy free and they prepared a special non menu chick pea curry at her request. It was excellent. The other choices - korma, bhuna, tikka masala were all exceptional. Nan is freshly made. Onion bhaji was the only disappointment - like a flat cake and not crispy. But probably the best... More

Having enjoyed meals previously at the Titash restaurant, the meal my husband and I had last night was very disappointing. The food wasn't as good as usual, the garlic naan was plain, the rice served cold (on a plate that belonged in an 1970's grandma's kitchen). My special Titash curry was served on a plate, not in a serving bowl... More

Service friendly and efficient. Food was really good, a lot of variety and dishes not seen at other Indian restaurants. Try the "handi" dish.

We have visited Titash many times and know that we are going to have an enjoyable meal. Large and comprehensive menu. Staff very polite and helpful. The resturant simple but comfortable. All 4 of us really enjoyed our meals which were of more than adequate portions. Look forward to going again.

Modern atmosphere, "traditional" well executed Indian / Bengali cusine, fine mixture. Portions are very solid, especially biryanis which come as a massive tasty plate.

we first spotted this restaurant in Pat Chapmans Good Curry Guide and this is our 3rd visit in as many years as unfortunately we live in Stafford some 50 miles away from Titash. This is not about price, service or the staff it is about the food!! We ordered Chicken Jalfrezi, a hot chicken curry and a chicken shashlik. Our... More
