Our first meal from Spices! After giving up on finding a takeaway that doesn't add loads of horrible red dye, this place was recommended to us. We ordered a set meal for 2 at £20.99 with free bahjis thrown in and free delivery. The meal was a bargain, beautifully cooked with spices and fresh herbs, light fragrant naan and lovely... More

Have had several indians from Spices and the food is always of a good standard and appetising. Always order directly with the resturant so they dont have to pay just eats fees and they are always happy to help with tweeks on items. Set menu for 2 is great value and more than enough for 2. Delivery time seems to... More

Ordered this on a Wednesday evening for a delivery. Food took more than an hour to be delivered and turned up stone cold. Naan bread missing. King prawn puri was quite nice. Samosas were worse than you would buy from a supermarket, and all just tasted of salt. The tandoori mixed grill was just about passable. Lamb was so tough... More

Ordered through Just Eat. Was told a 45 minute wait. After 1hr 15, I called only to be given the standard "It's on its way.....5 mins". Another 30 minutes pass before another call and being told the same. Finally, 2 hours after placing the order, received a call saying they'd mixed up the orders and delivered to the wrong people... I used Spices of Rugby as a new Indian takeaway recently, not having too much experience with Indian food it was a bit of a gamble of where to use, the food was ready on time for me to collect, fresh and red hot and was great, I ate every bit. Will definitely be using this place again.

I have now used this takeaway on two occasions. The first occasion was disappointing but I believe that any business is always worth a second chance. On my second use the service was beyond belief , delivery was an hour and a half so I decided to collect. The phone was ringing of the hook ,not for orders but by... More

Been using a more expensive restaurant but decided to try this as was closer to home. Was quite surprised how good it was. The onion bhaji's were excellent.

Ordered via Just eat at 7.15, order accepted for 8pm delivery, then updated to 8.30. At 8.45 still no food, so I called takeaway direct and they advised the order was out for delivery, would be 5mins. At 9.15 (STILL NO FOOD) I called again and was told the order had just left and would be 5mins. I asked for... More
