We haven't been here since a bad experience on NYE a couple of years ago, but decided to give it another try. Not a great welcome, having booked we were told to sit at any table 'over there' and left to ourselves. No cutlery on one of the place settings, and table rocking (sorted with a tissue under the foot).... More

I only picked this place after looking at reviews on TripAdvisor. I've driven past many times and not even noticed it. Being located right next to the petrol station it doesn't look that exciting from the outside. Once inside however we felt welcome and looked after as soon as we stepped through the door - Very friendly table staff. I... More

Visited on Sunday, food amazing (Lamb cutlets) and service faultless. Great wine recommend, primetivo to accomplish the main course, friendly owners, banoffe pie hit the spot. Good value for money we will be returning.

Went out for dinner usually I have a fillet steak but today I felt like a fish so I've ordered the halibut with garlic butter cherry tomatoes and prawns. Delicious! I think that people have no clue how great the food in here is. Prices seem a bit high but you get big portions with a side of potatoes and... More

The restaurant was empty all the time we were there: maximum three tables occupied, including ours. No music for the first 1.5 hours, which created the feeling that we were at a funeral, rather than at a weekend lunch. The waiter ho called himself the owner; did not look happy and did not try to make us feel welcome. He... More

Cant thank Toscana enough . As part of our engagement celebrations we had Sunday lunch and asked if a special menu could be prepared . This was duly done . The wine flowed , atmosphere was excellent and the food sublime . If you are planning a celebration meal look no further than Toscana who will turn your dreams in... More

Ok it was Mothers Day.We booked online a table for 6 adults and 1 child. At 10am we were phoned by the restaurant to say they hadn't looked online and were unable to accommodate us until 3pm. We arrived at 3pm. At 4pm a waiter asked what we would like to drink. At 4.15pm we finally ordered our food with... More

We went to this restaurant for a birthday party, 21 of us, and this must be taken into accouint when reading this review. The food was well prepared and well served and the prices, along with the drinks, were not unreasonable. The problem was, of course, it is hard to get 21 meals ready at one time so that they...
