The steaks are amazing, cooked to perfection and definitely what you come here for. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Good parking opposite the restaurant. Restaurants was a bit dated, when we went it was very quiet and good for our business met up.

Heard from some friends that the food in here is to die for so decided to give it a try and it definitely lived up to its name. The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection and the friendly and attentive staff made the whole...experience a night to remember. Will definitely be coming back here with my friends for some of those majestic tomahawks!!More

I had come in today with my husband to enjoy a nice relaxed sit down meal, yet I was presented with a furious man with glasses parading himself around, when he eventually came to serve us I was horrified to see his skin flaking off...as he was talking to me which does not look very presentable toward customers. It came our attention that some off this skin had fallen off onto our table which is HIGHLY unhygienic but to top it off with how unprofessional this establishment is; two managers whom I assume are brothers were discussing matters that were certainly not for my ears or any paying customers ears for that fact, me and my husband overheard them discussing potentially "letting go" an employee. Which I would rather not have heard while i was trying to enjoy my overpriced meal. I truly believe this is a subject matter for managers only not something you shout out in front of customers or staff members. To add to this rather unpleasant visit the service was terribly slow I would've expected it to be a lot quicker especially on a slow Sunday evening and our mains did not come together which i find appalling, I would not recommend this place unfortunately we had such high hopes. Very disappointing!!!More

Our second time visiting Heavens Kitchen. The food was absolutely outstanding, steaks cooked perfectly and very nice side dishes. All the dishes were brought out within a timely manner of each other, but not rushed. The waiter and waitress that we had were attentive and...happy to help at all times which added to the very nice feel of the restaurant. We had a fantastic time and would recommend! Would also like to thank the manager, who looked after us all night and was a fantastic host. We will definitely be back!More

Another great evening with Anthony and the team - buffalo wings followed by a delicious fillet cooked rare - magnificent!! Great atmosphere and always busy so glad we booked. See you next week HK!!

When arriving for our 9pm booking on Valentine's evening we were shocked to see 8 or 9 couples queuing inside the restaurant and out of the door. Speaking with a few of the couples, and wondering what was going on, we realised that these were...all also 9pm bookings waiting to be seated. We waited until 9.30pm, with neither us nor the other couples queuing being acknowledged by the staff during this time, and with the only movement on the queue being unhappy couples that gave up, and just one couple being seated, we sadly decided to head home. Clearly Heaven's Kitchen were attempting to profiteer from the evening with absolutely no consideration for the experience of those that were looking forward to an evening together, giving short, unrealistic time slots for people to dine that they were unable to manage and therefore honour all their reservations. Tonight we have re-booked at one of Farnham's favourite Italian restaurants to celebrate Valentine's today.More

Extremely overpriced, steak wasn’t good quality, drinks were wrong and took ages, coleslaw was just red cabbage and mayonnaise, eton mess seemed to be store bought meringue nests and squirty cream. To top it all off we were asked after our mains if they could...bring us the bill because people were waiting for our table even though we hadn’t been there very long. £214 for 4 people of that quality is awful and will definitely not be returning.More

We haven’t visited here for a while as last time I was very disappointed with the food and customer service however they have redeemed themselves, the new items on the menu we tried were lovely, the steaks were perfectly cooked, be careful as the rocket...salad is a bowl not just a small garnish, we will ask for it without next time as the portion is big enough, the truffle chips are lovely and to top it off our waiter and waitress were so warm and friendly. You have won us back Heavens Kitchen!More

Went for a dinner with friends, food, and service to praise. It nice and simple menu with really great food, wine list could be a bit bigger but it offers quite a variety to match with the menu. Service was excellent, quick, and friendly. Definitely...a place to visit again, and recommend to others.More

Table booked for 7:30 and our table was ready, so far so good, then it went downhill from there. Ordered water and wine, starter finished, main course arrived, still no water or wine. Our friend ordered half a lobster, when it arrived the shell was...mostly empty with a tiny portion of lobster at one end. This was taken back to the kitchen, however, three of us finished our main course and still no replacement for our friend. We were asked if our meals were OK by one of the staff. We told them, well no actually, our friend still hasn't received her main course and we are still waiting for the water and wine. The waiter asked if we'd like to speak to the manager and my husband said, 'yes please send him over'. Still no sign of the manager, no main course arrived for our friend, and no water or wine arrived. So, I went up to the bar to explain we were still waiting for one main course and still waiting for our wine and water. The response was, where are sitting then OK. Sat at the table for another 20 minutes, no main course arrived and no sign of the wine or water. After so many attempts to get things sorted we gave up and left. Absolutely shocking customer service and the food isn't great quality and expensive for what you do get, if you're lucky enough to get it at all that is. Needless to say, we and our friends will never visit again and have already warned many of our friends not to go there.More

The steak is really good - excellent quality and perfectly cooked. The sides are also good, especially the very tasty side salad. Good selection of wines. And friendly helpful staff. A real treat to eat here.
