Had an excellent lunch here. The menu was varied and the fish finger sandwich was home made fish fingers and really delicious. We especially enjoyed the log fire and original pub environment.

Tucked away but worth investigating. Well kept Fullers & guest Ales and wide range of other beers. Our group of 6 all chose differently from the menu and were all more than impressed. Stayed on for evening entertainment which was excellent. Highly recommended !

Popped in with a client for a business lunch and a pint. We both had the chicken piri piri burger. Sat by the open fire, a couple of drinks and the food was great.
