Tried for breakfast 11:45, packed with families with very young screaming kids, prams, highchairs and kids roaming around, not the best decor with worn chairs. Not enough staff to clean properly or serve your meal when its ready, both breakfasts cold which seems to be...More

I visit here regularly as this is a great place to come for a few drinks. However I can’t say the same about the food. On one occasion our burgers were slightly Burton, and on a more recent occasion the food was nice but was...More

Called in for drinks whilst visiting Burton. Situated on the High St, the building and interior are nothing special. As it was early afternoon the pub was busy with people dining and we were served quickly by friendly staff. Usual choice of drinks competitively priced.

You can always get a good value deal on food, so if you are on a budget they are worth considering, if the other customers look friendly and not too rowdy. We both ordered meals including a drink and my partner wanted a rum and...More

Christmas shopping made so much easier with a calm breakfast and coffee with refills . It's a Weatherspoons you know what you are going to get, for us a quiet chance to plan our shop. I like the fact the beer garden opens out to...More

For a well cooked well presented meal for a very reasonable price The Lord Burton is the place to go. The drinks are a good price too.

Description
We pride ourselves in being a family-friendly public house, offering excellent value for money for our meal & drinks deals which run throughout the week. We have 5 different club meals on offer throughout the week which include Steak (Tuesday), Chicken (Wednesday), Curry (Thursday), Fish & Chips (Friday) and the classic Sunday Roast, all of which include either a soft or alcoholic drink. With our central location, were ideally suited for a night out with family and friends or to take the load off your feet during a days shopping spree! Or why not pop in for a coffee morning for a catch up with those special people!?....The re-fills are free!!! And maybe even treat yourself to a slice of cake with the extra pennies you've saved! Unfortunately, we operate a strict no pets policy while on the premises, however we do allow Guide Dogs for those customers who require them.
