We had a wonderful tasty lunch here during a week’s holiday in Devon. The curries from the set lunch menu were very tasty and the food beautifully presented. Our children really enjoyed their food too. Wonderful warm service. Highly recommended.

The owners and the staff were amazing. The restaurant is spotless and the bathroom really is bathroom (with a bath) . So great atmosphere quiet at first but it got livelier . Food was outstanding as always. Recommend the mini fish cakes and dip along...More

We visited the area in our motorhome and therefore where ever we decided to eat out our dogs needed to come with us. We both love Thai food and therefore it was a nice surprise to be able to take the dogs with us. The...More

What a delicious meal! Having lived in Thailand I have high expectations and was delighted with the quality of the food and service. The lunch menu is great value and spiced to your taste. Rumours of its closing greatly exaggerated so go and visit soon!

This place is just a joy -- a very comprehensive menu, but everything we ordered over two visits for dinner was perfectly cooked, and well presented. The service was attentive and friendly throughout.

We had a takeaway, staying nearby on holiday and would highly recommend the Pad Thai. The food was fantastic and tasted really fresh. Good value, one of the best Thai meals I have had.

Overpriced and loaded with sugar, the Tom Kha Gai was like drinking skittles in coconut water. Very little galangal, kaffir lime, chilli and lemongrass, which is the whole point. Big old mushrooms from the supermarket, not straw mushrooms. Shrimp red curry was impressive on the...More

Dear Quenby23, I’m sorry, I just could not help but laugh at your metaphor for our Tom Kha Gai soup. I can not remotely begin to comprehend how “drinking skittles in coconut water” could describe anything one might consume, not just at Tongdam but anywhere...More
