The service here is amazing. Each member or staff went above and beyond to make our visit perfect. The gardens are beautiful and the views are amazing. We had chocolate cake, victoria sponge, flapjack, coffee cake, and of course the scones. Each one tasted very fresh and the slices were huge! Thoroughly enjoyed every second spent here! Thank you copper... More

Visited The Copper Kettle for afternoon Cream Tea. Fantastic home made Scones, with lovely jam and lots of cream...with a nice pot of tea....heaven. The staff were friendly, helpful, and ensured everything was just right. There is a lovely garden, at the rear, with tables and chairs, if you want to sit outside, instead of inside. The prices are reasonable,... More

We visited The Copper Kettle for an Afternoon Tea which has to be booked with 24 hours notice. We sat in the summerhouse in the beautiful garden, and the service was first-class. Beautifully presented, delicious food, generous portions and very friendly staff. Look forward to returning.

We had a lovely lunch of smoked salmon and mackerel pate with granary toast and salad. It was delicious and excellent value for money. We sat in the conservatory in the garden. Service was very good and our dog was made welcome. Would definitely recommend.

I was sad to see a negative review of this lovely tearooms- especially the comment about trying to follow tv trends. Anyone who frequents Dulverton knows that it is the least 'trendy' place in the world and that is why I love it. It's a far cry from the hipster haunts that are springing up everywhere. The Copper Kettle is... More

After a long walk up a huge hill in Dulverton we were looking for a cup of tea at a venue we could take our cocker spaniel. The garden at the rear of the Copper Kettle provided the perfect spot for our needs. There is a conservatory, several tables with brollies and a large covered table set in a well... More

We really enjoyed our first visit here but when we returned again this year we were very disappointed. I ordered a cottage pie. It was awful, tasted like it had been cooked in something like Worcestershire sauce and had goodness knows what in with it. It was so foul I was unable to swallow even a mouthful. I did ask... More

I had a very tasty lunch last Friday whilst visiting Dulverton on my own. The staff were utterly charming and very accommodating and the food was delicious. To top it all, the setting was delightful in the pretty garden, where I sat first in the sun and then the shade when it became too hot. I shall definitely be back!

We simply called in for a late morning coffee with our dog, so went out into the garden. Wow, didn't realise it had such a large garden. Well maintained, lovely setting. Good service. Didn't eat anything, but good coffee, presented in a coffee pot rather than just cups, so it stayed hot longer.
