2 visits in 2 days because the first experience was so great. We were staying at the Caravan Club site just 5 min. walk from the Bridge Inn, the site itself worth a mention for the immaculate tidiness and warm welcome, only enhanced by delicious food served at the local hostelry. A comfortable pub with a well balanced menu, all the... More

"Mind the step" .... It's there only if you can find it! A good eatery with staff who really make this very nice pub what it is. We ate there on 2 nights and the food was from very good to above average: Day 1: Deli sharing board was superb (carrot hummus - BRILLIANT!), Day 2: Tapas board was pretty... More

A nice welcome from the bar staff and we were quickly shown to our reserved table. The menu doesn't try to be anything other than what you expect from a country pub. Not too extensive but enough to choose from for all. We had an enjoyable meal (4 mains and 2 desserts with a round of drinks for just under... More

If your passing through Dulverton and fancy a pint or your looking for good food this pub should satisfy your needs. It has a good range of beers and ales but the food available whether looking for a light bite or something more substantial is very well presented and tasty. The menu is diverse enough to keep you busy deciding... More

A great surprise pub in Exmoor, very friendly and very good food ...... slightly limited choice. Yet what is on offer is delicious and generous in quantity. The Pie and Mash is to die for, baguettes are also excellent value. The beers are excellent, the Greene and King IPA is a surprisingly fresh and flavourable. The overall service is quick... More
