Went in here for first and last time,we tried to order cold drinks with the food, was told you have to go to the bar for cold drinks, they seemed to think we were stupid, because we asked for drinks, the cutlery was filthy, the food was awful, boiled potatoes were raw, they had no manners in this place, can't believe they get any customers in there,if you... Took a chance at this place as we fancied Sunday dinner and saw the board outside advertising the Sunday roast. The dinner was a traditional home cooked plate of lovely hot food. Good portion of meat, freshly cooked veg and tasty gravy. Great selection of deserts too! Prices very reasonable and would recommend to anybody.

My parents visit regular with my disabled brother. Access is easy and they've got to know the staff now, who are friendly and helpful. My daughter always eats well when she's visits, and trust me she can be very fussy sometimes. I ordered quiche salad which was nice. The quiche was served cold but that wasnt a problem as I... More

Was drawn in by the sandwich board for the advertised roast lunch. The staff were awesome, friendly and attentive no worries with the service at all, unfortunately the food was a different story. Meat was fine, roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding too but the rest ruined the good. The broccoli and cauliflower looked and tasted like a mafia hit victim.... More

When you don't feel like making the breakfast the Oswestrian is the place to go before you do the shopping. Great staff and the food is fresh. The music playing in the background was just up our street, being of a certain age! Had to drag the husband away. He said he would stay and listen and I could go... More
