I stopped here for lunch as part of a group of 17 cyclists, 60 miles into a long ride. The food and drinks were excellent - despite there being a lot of us and the cafe being rightly busy, everything was served quickly and made from scratch. There was loads of space to sit both indoors and out in the... More

Called in here with a friend for a quick stop off whilst cycling, the staff were really friendly, service was quick and the cake we had was to die for. Will definitely visit again.

Called in for lunch, good menu selection of light bites, sandwiches, toasties, jacket potatoes, salads etc, but the star of the Tea Room is the cakes, they are yummy.

Wonderful home made food served by - in the main - lovely friendly staff. Don't fail to read the sign on the door though or you may feel the sharp side of one particular member of staff's tongue!

Called in for tea and scones towards the end of a long walk. Both were delicious. We appreciated the number of tables and chairs outside with lots of dog water bowls available. I was particularly impressed when I reported that someone had left their dog in the car (it was a hot day) that they responded immediately.

We have used the Paddocks many times when out walking and it never fails to please; cakes are wonderful, try them if you don't believe me. We came specifically for breakfast ( before 11 ) this time and it was superb and very well price. Staff... well we walk and and get greeted as long lost even though it might... More

Met some freinds here as we were going to have a look at the trend falls from julians bower nearby. The food was lovely the staff friendly and the surroundings cosy inside and there was a good deal of space and some seating for us and the dog who also likes his buns. Highly recommended.

As a family we've been here many times before. The staff are very friendly and the quality of the food is first class. The "Farmers" breakfast is excellent however our favourites are always the homemade cakes! Well worth a visit.
