The staff were very hospitable, the food was delicious and home made and a really lovely intimate atmosphere. Comfortable and warm. A great experience and would definitely go back again.

I hate going out for Sunday lunch as I'm always disappointed. Roast at the Oast changed this. I can only describe the roast as the perfect home cooked roast. Great tasting, perfect portion size and excellent desserts. Roast at the Oast is a must.

Had a lovely lunch here with eight of my family. The food was delicious with pleasant, friendly service. The decor is retro and none of the cutlery or crockery matches! Great fun! We all enjoyed it and will definitely return.

Just enjoyed a lovely Sunday roast with all the trimmings and more followed by delicious desserts. Great service and very like being at home with onsite chef and service. Lovely staff and love the new look too. Will definitely be back!

I was so pleased when I heard that Tea at the Oast was reopening. I had visited on a few occasions when it was open previously. Living not too far away in Kent, I know how difficult it can be to get consistent quality when eating out. Tea at the Oast always delivers! Personal favourites include the scones, which I... More

What a find - I'm ashamed to say I have been visiting Tenterden for years but have only just discovered this gem. It is hands - down the best tea room I have ever been to (and I have been to a lot). Everything was lovely, but I particularly loved the vanilla milkshake that was served in a real glass... More

I took a group of my WI ladies here yesterday and had lunch following a trip to Chapel Down Vinyard. The food was delicious and the pudding I had was to die for....cappuccino meringue, if it's on the menu when you visit! From the initial contact to book and organise the lunch, I was very happy that Jess would come... More

It was so nice for my daughter to have a gluten free bagel she really enjoyed it. Really good friendly home cooked food. We have been a few times now and never been disappointed with the food, service and atmosphere. Quite a good selection of gluten free. A great place

Amazing food and service as ever! The gluten free scones were delicious - the best ever! They were perfect! Thank you for letting me take some home. The little box was a lovely touch! The coconut gateaux was to die for, not too much buttercream- just the right amount. Amazing!!
