Authentic Thai food. Serves starters as well as mains. The mains are right sized as lunch portions. Well marinated chicken satay with a good, nicely garnished peanut sauce. Had a curry and noodles for mains which were well cooked and flavoured. You can choose your chilli levels which is a nice touch. Noodles were good: al dente. Kids meals were... More

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. The staff were really friendly and the food was great. Had Pad Thai with chicken which was delicious! I would say as good as when I visited Thailand 2 years ago. Very authentic!

Wow, wanted to visit here for months and finally got the chance. The place is tiny but this adds to the atmosphere in my opinion. There were 5 of us huddled around our table with bowls of steaming coconut scented curries and spiced crackers.. heaven. Really recommend the Tom Ka. Toilets are an odd affair, you need a key to... If your looking for quality fresh food, cooked to perfection then walk up the High Steet & 100yds past MacDonalds is Yama's Thai Cafe. They don't have an alchohol licence but pop over to Mace, grab a bottle of wine and take it in with you. The staff are very friendly & the open kitchen shows off the fresh food.... More

It's a simple cafe and a few tables only. The menu is very basic and you get to choose the spice strength on your dish. They have an open kitchen so you get to see your dish getting prepared. Very good food and a good customer service too. The prices are reasonable too. As it's a small place and it... More

Recommneded by a friend as somewhere good to eat, off we went, we arrived outside and wondered if this was the right place, went inside and the inside was small cosy but buzzing with people. We ordered and what a surprise when the food came, it was gorgeous, we both eat so quickly too goo to waste. The staff are... More

Had lunch for 2 of us on a sunny Thursday. There were 16 people already sat down, at various stages of dining, so I was concerned that service might be slow, but it was speedy. We ate 2 courses each without rushing, in about 45 minutes from arrival - so it's good for parking time pressures. The food was lovely.... More

I had Massaman Chicken Curry and it was amazing, so full of flavour. Should be Michelin starred. This must be the best mini Thai restaurant in the country. Don't be deceived by the exterior. In Margate High Street near Poundland .

Visited last week after reading TA reviews. The positives: yes, everything freshly cooked, very friendly service, tiny restaurant, but didn't feel cramped. Only one negative but a major one: the food was very bland. I don't mean it wasn't chilli hot (you can choose your heat level, we had one mild and one medium), but it lacked any freshness in...
