We were staying a couple of nights in Hythe and, although it's a really lovely High Street, there doesn't seem to be an awful lot of competition for restaurants. Anyway, we thought we would try the Everest Inn. It was very busy and buzzy, which is always good to see. The staff were friendly and helpful. I heard a few... More

Fantastic meal with my family at the Everest. The service was great as was the food. A nice menu with Nepalese dishes that are well worth trying. Thank you to all the staff working on Sunday

Absolutely first class service and food for 14 of us this afternoon celebrating my fathers 70th birthday! Attentive, yet unobtrusive service. Fabulous food! Will definitely be returning soon 😁

Dear Sue, Thank you for your review on Trip Advisor. First of all I like to apologize sincerely for your inconvenience it may have caused on your last visit. One of our new staff mistakenly added one mixer drink on your table instead of table next to you which was later refunded. My colleague confirmed she did repeat your order... More

Limited choice on lunchtime set but a la carte also available. Excellent service, very tasty food in reasonable portions. Kingfisher on tap and bottled Kukuri to wash it down. Try the Shula Shiraz for a change - Indian wine.

The Everest never lets you down. Meals always good and tasty. Do wish that the staff would cheer up though. They are never very chatty or smiley and the main dishes were set on the table without us knowing which was which! We had to call the waiter back.

Visited with my family and must say I loved the Nepalese cuisine! My only complaint would be my wife had prawns to start and they were extremely tough. If you haven't tried Nepalese then I would recommend you give it a go! Ps: try the Mo Mo's
