About
The Anchor Inn is a beautiful 300 year old pub, just a few minutes walk from Faversham town centre at the terminus of Abbey Street, one of the finest preserved medieval streets in England, and very close to the historic Faversham creek. Some of the beams in the pub are reported to be from the old Abbey in Faversham.

the staff and the food have one thing in common, they did not had an update for years. menu is standart pub food, not amazing. the building is nice and has a nice vibe.

The pub itself is old and quirky right down by the creek. Staff friendly. After hearing reviews of the Sunday lunch we thought we would try. Glad I did. Roaring fire, epic food and staff friendly. Will be back!

Unfortunately we do not have parking, you can park on abbey street for an hour, or 2 hours down at the quay side, but that is technically for quay side customers only during the day, in the evening most of her business are... More
