Ordered two drinks upon arrival - to be told there were no wine glasses! Wine was served in a brandy glass - could just about cope with that. Later on we ordered two meals - my husbands meal came within 15 minutes of ordering - 30 minutes later I still hadn't received my meal - went to bar only to... More

Great service from Sidney, clean & tidy, food arrived quickly and was lovely. Toilets were nice & clean & all staff working hard. One thing I would like improved was the WIFI connection was unavailable in the family area upstairs which would have helped keep our children entertained but a very minor detail.

Awesome "sports bar" atmosphere but very spacious and light. Food and drink served promptly. Tasty! Great selection of beers.

as with some other jd's customers now seem to be treated as a passing commodity to fleece today and not to return waited at the bar where and a manager and 2 staff were doing other things than serving customers so it was left to one poor guy to serve which he did as fast as he could tables were... A typical Wetherspoon’s menu. The family area was located upstairs and was very dark and dingy. Food arrived quickly despite the long wait at the bar, as only one poor barman was serving. Ordered three different meals, each with chips, except the chips on this occasions turned out to be soggy French fries (not sure if this is their usual... More

My wife and I popped into this pub while on short stop off and we were pleased we did. As with most Weatherspoon pubs, it has a great range of beers, real ale and lagers - all with really good prices and excellent quality. We didn't try the food but, considering it was busy (lunch time) and several people were... More

Just got a perfect day on the Isle end terribly. 1) The item my wife selected was not available. We were tild that 10 minutes later. 2) My food was promised to be ready after 10-15 minutes. Sadly it was not and was at least 15 minutes delayed. We had to leave as our Ferry was departing shortly. 3) We... More

Now this is a standard Wetherspoon's pub although I do think it is one of the better ones with adults only downstairs by the bar and adequate space upstairs for families with children upstairs. I met up here for breakfast with a friend when I visited the Island last week. They have a fairly varied breakfast/brunch menu with an option... More
