Now this is a standard Wetherspoon's pub although I do think it is one of the better ones with adults only downstairs by the bar and adequate space upstairs for families with children upstairs. I met up here for breakfast with a friend when I visited the Island last week. They have a fairly varied breakfast/brunch menu with an option... More

We called in here last week - we were 4 adults and i child. Wetherspoons is renowned for cheap beer and food......and this is what we got. The bill came to around £60 which included main courses, side dishes, desserts and drinks - excellent value. There is a large choice of beers, lagers and ciders.

We popped in here for lunch whilst on holiday. We like Weatherspoon as their prices are fair and the menu has a varied choice. The food was fine and served promptly. Bar staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again if in Ryde. It's just a short walk from the pier and seafront.

We went into Fowler's for a quick snack and drink. I had a cheese and ham toastie which was fine. Good range of drinks. One of the better Weatherspoons.

Families are not allowed in the bar area downstairs, fair enough, but family area is upstairs and there is no lift...! Because we had ordered food before the staff realised we were sat down, we were allowed to stay downstairs. However, IF there was a next time, I would have to take our baby out of her pushchair and let... More

Great drinks selection. Served prompt. One of them bar staff was quite rudely sarcastic. Food was nice but the lettuce was literally brown and soggy but otherwise edible.

The pubs food is above average considering it is part of a chain! They have a lovely atmosphere and a nice upstairs restaurant. Great range of drinks and friendly staff.

I went to this pub mid afternoon as it was less crowded, I had the all day brunch, a good meal, not expensive, £6.99 with a drink. The food was plentiful and of good quality, also served quickly. Highly recommended.
