Needed a break stopped here. The welcome was very good. Home made food on offer there were four of us we all chose different things and it was all delicious. The owner went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our meals. Prices were reasonable and would definitely recommend this place.

As I noticed this cafe was packed out I assumed it was good. Only when I went in did I notice the Trip Advisor recommendation on the window. I had a cheese and bacon sandwich and an Americano. The bacon was very good and the grated cheese was tasty, though it wasn't melted...the sandwich was called a bacon and melt..should... More

Called in for a fast bite and drink. The coffee was very good and the baguettes were excellent. Well filled and the sort of baguette I love - slightly soft none crispy top. The place is nicely decorated and the lady in charge was absolutely delightful. Plain & simple

We were staying in Cowes Yachthaven marina and found Sails of Cowes to be a perfect place for breakfast. Very friendly and smiling lady serving us. A cosy place to have just tea or breakfast. Large portions and nice prices.

Lovely little tea room, kids loved their milkshakes and my coffee definitely hit the spot. The lady in there was helpful and friendly.

We spent the weekend on the Isle of Wight, staying in Cowes and ate breakfast both days at Sails. Fabulous cooked breakfast - even our young fussy-eater son was happy. Food was great and very tasty, good sized portions too at decent prices. And the owners are really lovely. Couldn't have asked for a better start to the day!

Lovely little tea room and café, offering tasty cakes and a straightforward menu with gracious and enthusiastic service. More than all of that, however, they do the best cooked breakfast in Cowes High Street, by far!

On holiday in July we expected to have lunch outside somewhere on our day trip to Cowes. However it was still not warm enough. As we had the dog we went into this place which had a sign welcoming dogs. There was a good choice of freshly cooked lunches. I had the soup and a smoothie which was lovely. The... More

Even the owner/waitress wears 50s clothes. Does remind me of cafes when I was young and in a good way. All day breakfast is well priced, they use quality local produce. None of that horrible supermarket bacon that leaks water when you fry it!!!! Very good price too. But it has no toilet, however the public ones are nearby, so... More
