Great little restaurant. Took the parents for a evening meal on a Sunday. Only a small menu on a chalkboard; but a good variety catering for most people. Starters were great, soup of the day and mackerel pate! Mains were Cod, Steak, Veg and wild boar; so a wide variety. All of them were excellent. I had the steak and... More

Although small, they have made great use of the space. Great for a treat! The food is beautiful, service was excellent. We will definitely go again.

Stumbled across this small restaurant whilst trying to decide where to eat. Small menu on a chalkboard but a good selection to suit all. My husband had the lamb which he said was so tender he has not eaten such a good cut of lamb as this for a long time! I had the cod which was very fresh and... More

We visited yesterday for dinner, not having been to Number 3 for ages. We were made very welcome and had good service throughout the evening. The chalkboard menu is creative and the goats cheese ice real starter delicious. The wine list is compact but well selected and has a good range off wines to accommodate all tastes and budgets. Number... More

We ate at this lovely restaurant on a Saturday night as a couple myself having previously visited for business. The owner was welcoming and friendly and despite being busy the service was good. Menu is handwritten on chalkboards and the restaurant has a good selection of wines. The food here is superb cooked in a kitchen just off the dining... More

Most impressive meal on the island. Cooking is spot on: the menu is short but we'll put together and executed. Plenty of local seafood. The wine list is really imaginative and well priced. The service very friendly and personal from the owner. Small but beautiful.

Visited here for a late meal on Monday, having been previously on our visit to the island last summer. Short but carefully thought out menu with quality food and just the right portion sizes. Lots of little complimentary extras which make for a lovely change - crisp nibbles to start, unusual breads with balsamic dip and jelly beans as an... More

Absolutely delicious, especially the blackcurrant meringue ice-cream. Simple but very tasty food, friendly service. The menu choice is small, so you know you are guaranteed quality.
