I tend to pop into Woodys for a coffee when waking the dog along the canal. Sat outside, you can watch the world go by. Food looks a bit expensive and a cappuccino will cost you £2.50. Service has always been good (you cannot take...More

Nice place, rustic atmosphere, kind stuff, good food, prices in the midway. A lot of dust on the ceiling and lamps, that was the real problem for us, especially because my partner is allergic to and he felt it straight away in his body. Btw...More

Lovely and very friendly restaurant. We ate here twice whilst staying at the HI Express which is just a walk across the bridge. Lot of choice and nice food in pretty setting. Desserts were good too with cakes, sweet crepes and ice cream. Worth calling...More

I took a party of four to Woody's for Sunday lunch after a walk along the towpath of the Grand Union Canal from King's Langley (which I'd certainly recommend in its own right). I much enjoyed my thin crust pizza - the tangy 'Sicilian' -...More

I expect decent ingredients from a vegetarian establishment. I'm used to frozen spinach from school dinners at work; Ii just don't expect a tasteless substitute for the real thing when I'm paying.
