We went to the glasshouse where the main food was all that good to be fair. The main issue was the desserts and the attitude of the waitress to our complaint. Can you believe after telling the waitress who im not going to name and shame! The desserts where all covered in fruit flies she said" our desserts are so... More

This is the 3rd time I've had the Glasshouse buffet and it is always fresh and delicious. The meat from the carvery, as always, was sublime - pink and falling apart. I was there with some newbies who are already planning return trips with other friends and families. Again I found the staff to be super attentive and friendly. Even... More

Visited The Glasshouse last night and I felt it had lost its magic and class. Food is becoming repetitive and the dress code is ridiculous for a five star hotel. If they allow people to wear jeans and trainers it is slipping. There were diners in there last night that had dresses in that we're so short there was more... More

Very disappointed very over priced had a lot better down the local pub for a lot less money. Very basic roast dinner and staff started to clear the table away before we had even finished felt like we were being rushed not good.

Ate here with a friend, used to look forward to dinner here, things have changed!! Walked into bar, no ambiance at all, no atmosphere, had 1 drink and was told we needed to be seated, I don't know why as restaurant was not busy! The Glasshouse used to have an amazing array of buffet cuisine, the selection is not as... More

Started out at the bar with a customised cocktail overlooking the beatiful gardens then went on to indulge in the buffet. Spoilt for choice delicious ranging from sushi, cold and hot sea food starters, to roasts and veggies and a great range of puddings and desserts... as good as a buffet can get...

We stayed at the Grove for the weekend and were planning on eating at the glasshouse for the first night only. The food was great, huge selection and very high quality. The staff were brilliant and our 15 month son loved them (who decided to launch the majority of his dinner onto the carpet). We enjoyed our meal so much... More

We eat at the Glasshouse restaurant every few weeks, attracted by the variety and quality of the buffet on offer, together with the relaxed surroundings and convivial atmosphere; hungry children are able to tuck in without unnecessary delay. Our recent dinner here for our extended family party confirmed the restaurant's relaibility and consistency. We had a wide range of dishes,... More
