Convenient location. Rooms are off London Rd and fairly quiet. Breakfast is only average, continental - limited selection. Didn't really see much of the staff, only when we went across to the pub. No problem with parking. Easy walk from the train station.

Description
ATTENTION: We will be having minor kitchen works which mean the kitchen will be closed from the 23rd May until our new menu goes live on the 28th May. This will mean we can only offer a full continental breakfast for our guests during this time. We are also pleased to announce that we will be shutting for a full refurbishment between the dates of 18th July till the 25th August in our hotel. The White Hart at Hook a 16th century coaching inn which has bundles of character, with low beamed ceilings, open fires and lots of history. We offer a varied menu which houses typical modern british dishes and mixed with timeless classics. We are proud to offer you Cask Marque accredited real ale, in which we are in the CAMRA good beer guide, with locals ales and national for you to try. We have a large beer garden, which is great in the summer evenings for you to enjoy. We cater for children also, we have childrens playhouses and outdoor games for them to enjoy.
