The pub area for the restaurant is quite small Immaculately clean and well serviced by friendly and professional staff They seem to specialise in a variety of sausage meals. Although they had steaks and crab on the menu as well For teal ale lovers there were 5 or 6 to choose from and they were happy for you to taste... More

Came upon this pub by chance as was looking for a local walk. We t in for a coffee whilst waiting for a friend. I will go back. The breakfast looked amazing and many were regulars and a lovely smiley and friendly lady behind the bar. Has a small car park too.

Looks like an old pub from the road, easily missed. However, a largish car park to the rear reveals a well appointed restaurant and courtyard area. Service cheerful and efficient menu limited but excellent quality. A range of different sausages on the menu also.

Had Seabream and seafood paella for lunch today.... Excellent. Food is always excellent, usually, pick from specials board and never disappointed. If you haven't visited the Sussex brewery, you need to go. Small friendly pub with excellent chef Simon, better than a "pub meal" and always friendly welcoming staff and great value for money.

A large group of us visited for lunch following the arrival of all of our babies. We took over the back room which had plenty of space to seat 12 adults and 'parking' for 5 buggies. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. We had a delicious meal, the food was great...tasty, hot and delivered really quickly and everyone we spoke... More
