It's hard to write a review here. It's very popular so you often have to wait in the pub for a table. This is good as it means the food is always fresh, but can add 45 min or more on to your visit. They do tell you when you arrive how long it will be till your table is... More

The Harvester.. Ham Farm .. is situated just a short distance from Eastleigh town centre but is actually a quaint Restaraunt and thatched roof Bar with an outside garden! Well worth a visit for breakfast..lunch or dinner! The food is great and really good value for money! There is a small Travel Lodge almost adjoining the Pub! The Car park... More

This Harvester has a pub separate from the restaurant. Called in at midday for a drink and a coffee. The barman announced that he could not provide coffee as he was on his own. There were only three other customers and it would have been simple to provide it as the coffee maker was behind the bar and the barman... More

Nice place to take the family. Friendly and helpful staff. The chips are not too spectacular and my cauliflower cheese tart had a soggy bottom. That was really disappointing. The salad bar always makes it worth going for. Reasonable price.

Overall Harvester seem to be going downhill over a number of years, with overcrowded restaurants, smaller portions and poor service, however this restaurant seems better than most with friendly staff a fair layout and reasonable food. The salad cart was disappointing with a small variety of bland salad items. Meal itself was fine, good value budget eating.

Thanks for your review simonthecatfish. You'll be pleased to hear we're due for a refurbishment in January and will be getting a slightly updated menu but also the extended salad bar and sauces stations. Hopefully we'll see you again soon. - Carl, Assistant Manager, Ham Farm. More

I can never visit my family in Southampton and not come to Ham Farm! It's standard Harvester fare, but in really nice surroundings with good service. The menu is fairly extensive, and pretty cheap, and the food is always good. Free soft drink refills and unlimited salad cart are also quite a feature. I've lost count of how many times... More

I'm not a fan of "pub fast food" and was persuaded to go to this Harvester. I was very pleasantly surprised by the very warm welcome, cheerful and helpful service by excellent waitress and substantial amount of food. My only reservation was the quantity of food covered in sticky BBQ sauce but, as requested, came in a separate pot so... More

It's always good to hear our guests have enjoyed their visit but it's made that bit better by beating someone's expectations. As you mentioned our partnership with Groupon offers great value and a really good deal. Almost any house wine won't be anything overly special but we always have alternatives available. Thanks for the review Sotontraveller hopefully we'll see you... More

Came here for a family meal Friday the 2nd. We didn't book so we're sent to the pub over the way to wait which was fine. Ordered a few drinks while we waited, 2 cokes 3/4 of a glass full and an appletizer. After a few sips noticed my glass 1 had thick lipstick on which I quickly wiped off... More

I had a lovely time here, everyone was very helpful. We were able to order and food was prepared to a high standard, delivered at the same time, and hot!!! The salad bar was incredible (must not fill up on it so much lol). Refillable drinks for soft drinks is amazing, as neither myself or my partner drink and buying... More

Description
A one-of-a-kind Harvester in which we're a great two building site. Our full service restaurant is open from 9am daily whilst our Ham Farm pub opens at 11.30 and is situated in a beautiful listed building.

If you're looking for a family friendly restaurant there's nowhere more popular than Harvester. We're close to Eastleigh, Bishopstoke and Chandler's Ford, and are a great choice for regular family meals, special occasions or when you just don't fancy cooking.
