Greeted with a warm welcome on a cold and blustery June day. The pub is extremely tidy and well kept…We will be back as they have many stoves... More

My husband and I popped in for lunch today. Food and service very good, also glad to see they are dog friendly. Will be back when next in the area.

We booked for 6 for lunch. Positive points: The children's menu states they will try to cater for quirky children which they did by allowing my daughter to order one of the starters with chips as a main course. We visited the pub on a beautiful sunny day. The beer garden was kept immaculate and the setting was truly idyllic. We only had a couple of the chicken and bacon ceasar salads but they were well presented and very tasty. Staff were very friendly. Looking forward to going back.

A group of us from work went to The Old Bell & Crown for a meal with a friend who is leaving work on maternity leave. The food was amazing and the service excellent. Highly recommended and I will definitely be going there again with my family.
