Good choice of menu. I had an expensive bowl of rather bland pasta with a lack of the other ingredients. (Chicken and mushroom) Tasted like a cheap Tesco ready meal! However, the staff were friendly and the service was good.

Nice menu, good for a mid-week treat at reasonable cost. Staff always very friendly and treat you as regulars. Nice location in the old town guildhall.

We booked and ordered ahead to then have to tell them our Oder again when we got there. Food took ages. Staff didn't seem to understand what was going on. When food finally arrived we were starving, but then to be disappointed by lack of any flavour.

I have taken my grandchildren here on a few occassions for an early supper. The staff have been excellent and the food great for kids. I always manage to fit in a glass of wine

Asked if we could have tomato on garlic pizza and was told no!! Asked if they could do simple spaghetti and told no (by waitress!). Decided on pizza - was dry and tasteless - three shavings of parma only!! Seafood risotto obviously used frozen as layer of water at bottom of dish and calamari was inedible. Also the wine tasted... Saw the special.. Swordfish steak... yum my favourite next to fresh tuna. It came with overcooked frozen broccoli and what should have been roast new potatoes.... very old sad potatoes...soggy and not at all nice. Fish was tiny and over cooked but having complained about the veg really couldn't be bothered to complain anymore. The staff are very friendly but... More

Went for lunch on recommendations of friends. Quiet for a bank holiday lunchtime, which I thought was odd. Very friendly waiter with good chat was serving us. I asked for an Aperol spritz; it arrived made with lemonade not prosecco. Let them know, and after a quick confab they didn't realise that was how it was made and let me... More

Very attractive building, friendly staff, didn't feel uncomfortable eating there on my own. The seafood tagliatelle was delicious.
