We went for lunch after visiting a customer and I had never been. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the place is nice inside. The food was also very fresh and a bit different but portions were a little small. They would have got a 5 but I had to wait an extra 5 minutes for my main... More

This was our first visit to a wagamama restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised, for a restaurant chain the food was just a good as other independent japanese restaurants. The pork belly and beef steamed buns were some of the best we had ever tasted. The food is fresh and tasty and served as soon as ready, this means it... More

I must be getting too old...I wasnt impressed with the menu that didn't describe what you'd actually get put in front of you. That led to my being served a piece of steak having been cut into 5 very large pieces dropped into a bowl of chilli noodles and hot water. I had to ask for a knife which I... More

The place was very busy with Media types as it is located in ther BBC building , but we didn't have to wait for a seat. The service was excellent, the food was good. The staff were very attentive and i could see most people... More

Second visit to this restaurant at the Quays with year and a half between visits - each visit was excellent. Tough to get a table if after 7pm perhaps but we were early enough to avoid a wait. Very friendly but not over-bearing service. Food swift and excellent across the range. Enjoyed lots of green tea too!

Have visited a few times with friends, most recently at the weekend, and much prefer this venue to branches around Manchester. Sleek and modern, good view of the kitchen wherever you're seated and the staff are always lovely and efficient. In particular, they don't make you wait ages for a refill of the (free) green tea, in some branches it... More

It's been a while since we were last here and food was still good. We ordered prawn gyoza's for starters and the dumpling pastry was different to what we had tasted in Tokyo, but it was still nice. I can't remember what the dish I ordered was called but it was like a fried rice. Hot and fresh, it was... More
