Where do I start??! Service was rather slow considering the restaurant was not busy. The mains were not brought out together even though there was a delay on the steak & chips. Furthermore my order was wrong as instead of a Queen Margherita pizza a Margherita was brought out. I then had to wait for the correct pizza while the... More

My food was tasteless and watery and over priced. I ordered a king Prawn Rossotto . Which looked like child's portion so small. I will never come here again.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. They're all really important to us - the good as well as the bad! I'm really sorry to hear about your recent disappointment with your meal with us. This is certainly not up the standard we like to keep here at Bella, and it's something we want to look into. If... More

We came as a school and I can honestly say to never come again. The service was a disgrace and after asking several times asking they still never brought out the food wanted. The food was horrible itself and the pasta was uncooked. I don't know if its just the manchester one but I advise you to not waste your... More

Chain restaurant which was good for dinner with work colleagues as plenty of choice. All the usual pizza & pasta but also some more sophisticated choices. I had the sea bass fillet which was very nice & tiramisu for pud. Everyone enjoyed their food & our red wine was very pleasant. As it is in the Lowry centre it isn't... More

Booked a table in advance and upon arrival told that the wait for food would be over an hour. Fair play to the server for admitting this however it felt like they just didn't want customers. To say the 'kitchen is a shambles' on a Friday night isn't really acceptable for a chain like Bella Italia. We had a lovely... More

We went here during a trip to the Lowry to kill time before the t20 cricket. It was hammering down with rain so we were restricted to the restaurants there. I was not too eager to go, having had a poor experience last time. Anyway, I was outvoted three to one so in we went. I have to say that... More

Just visited tonight with the other half, ordered a pizza, pasta dish some chips and a rocket salad. Where as the chips were fine(frozen can't really go wrong) and the salad again totally acceptable can't really mess up with a rocket salad, the pizza cotto was extremely bland- hardly any tomato base and the saltiest ham imaginable and the meatballs... Food was rubbish and beer really flat. Staff was really good. Just a shame the food let them down. I mean I've had better pizza at the cheap fast food restaurant. The food was just really poor. Oh and 3 pound for the smallest bowel of chips you have ever seen. Total waste of money will never ever go again... More

Used Tesco vouchers and glad I did as at least I handed over very little of my own cash to pay for a meal that was not even remotely value for money. I ordered a salad - the chicken with courgette, beetroot and carrot. The description sounded amazing, the reality was awful - chicken was a dried out chewy piece... More
