Yes there are gardens. Plenty of seating outside too with some trees for shade if needed.

It is difficult to know who you should complain to as we are not aware of the nature of your complaint. My guess would be to complain to the Chef and Brewer Head Office. The restaurant is attached to a hotel, and I am sure... More
