Excellent meal for a large group

Good Food, pleasant, efficient staff. We were a large group of 40 people, including one in a wheelchair but the staff handled everything very well.

What a fantastic night, fantastic food, attentive staff and friendly family atmosphere . The property is very clean throughout , rooms fresh and airy. Every member of staff from reception to bar to cleaning and night porter were way above the expected level. The young girls made sure all the guests felt comfortable and fetched and carried teas etc for... More

Our second visit, with friends, for lunch. A varied menu is offered in a nice large dining area with crisp white table cloths and looking out towards the sea. Both times we thoroughly enjoyed our meals and were welcomed and served by a delightful and attentive waitress called Laura. Will definitely return and also look forward to trying the decking area... More

I went to a Christmas do at this hotel and the traditional Christmas dinner was really good. Then I visited again and had the lunch time menu I choose fish and chips which was outstanding and the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend it.

Very Disappointed" Booked afternoon tea for a birthday celebration Very disappointed their wasn't enough sandwiches for 4 people, only 3 egg sandwiches, 3 salmon, 3 ham and 3 cheese! Scones were hard like biscuits either stale or been warmed up in the microwave for too long, and no clotted cream!! Saddly wont be going back.

Linen dressed tables and low lighting make this very attractive for dinner. There was a birthday party going on and the locals clearly liked this place. Menu is quite broad and maybe sometimes a little over fussy - give us plain veg and not honey-coated please (and to be fair, if we had asked I am sure these would have... More

I highly recommend this restaurant as the staff are friendly, the food is good and not skimpy 'nouveau' cuisine and very good value for money.

We called in on the off chance early Friday evening, and warmly welcomed which was much appreciated as it was chucking it down and we had mum in a wheelchair. We had a drink in the bar while waiting for the restaurant to open, the hotel was was very busy but the staff were very friendly. We were shown to... More
