My husband and I ate at Grand Finale last week, and our dinner was delicious. We both got filet Oscar, with Rosemary potatoes au gratin, and Caesar salad. Everything was delicious. My complaint is that our server rushed us through our meal. She asked us what we wanted to order about 1 minute after we were seated; we were about... More

My husband and I went here recently for a wonderful date night dinner. Our server was attentive and dinner was delicious. My husband proclaimed his scallops, bacon and blue cheese entree-size salad the best salad he'd ever had. In his entire life! I tasted it and it was pretty doggone good. Great vinaigrette on it. I had a delicious sesame... More

This is a very beautiful restaurant in a really nice historic village. They offer a variety of entrees, with some very interesting and delicious chicken dishes. They also have good seafood offerings. The restaurant has beautiful oil paintings for decoration and for sale. We hear that they have great desserts but were too full to eat anymore.

My husband and I made reservations and took a friend here for dinner. To start we were served warm rolls and butter. I had the tilapia with shrimp and lobster which was excellent, along with a generous dinner salad and an excellent mushroom crepe (they are know for their crepes). My husband had the pasta and our friend had a... More

we celebrated our daughter's birthday with brunch at this restaurant. the building is an older one with a medium sized parking lot. it's decorated in old things. i wouldn't call it antiques, but just older items. tables where we sat were wire type with a steel base. a little rickety. this is not a modern restaurant, but a cozy, old... We had been dining at Grand Finale for over 20 years, but when we left Ohio we left wonderful cog au vin crepes, divine champignon mushroom crepes, and delicious desserts. Sitting in the "garden" you get the sense that you could be somewhere in France. The serving staff is always asking to give you more water/tea; making sure that you... More

We used to go all the time, always had a great dinner. It feels grimy and a little dirty. The food seems old and tired, like the restaurant itself. The service has gone downhill as well.

Excellent on all levels-service,quality and variety of food offered and presentation. One of a kind dining in a house built over 100 years ago. Serving sizes are actually too large but very reasonably priced. The ginger chicken stocks were to die for,the grand spaghetti toss was a mountain of goodness with super fresh artichoke hearts, spinach,Greek olives and capers. Our meal... More

I did a search for outdoor dining near where I was staying, and this gem came up. The restaurant is in a historic building with a lot of charm. Sadly, they did not have their outdoor tables set up (I was given the excuse that it was hot and that it had rained once that morning), but the outdoor seating... More

Initial impression not good as it took 10-15 minutes to find hostess. One seated the service was fantastic. The menu has not changed in tears and us getting a little tired. I ordered the salmon special and fish was over cooked but still tasty. My wife said filet was excellent. Overall a good experience.
