Just come back from a very enjoyable meal here. Love Indian food but wife is not a fan so I can only indulge when away on business. Really spoilt for choice and it was good to see a wide range of dishes I hadn't seen before so plenty of opportunity to try something different. Lovely food, not disappointed. Very friendly... More

Honestly. I'm writing this while still eating. Incredible food and lovely staff. Mate is a pescetarian so we had prawns dishes and the prawns were massive! Will be back and recommend to anyone after a few drinks down the high street! Top notch.

I visited Chutney Joe last week for a £5 lunch with my sister. The food was outstanding and such good value. The staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the linen tablecloths and napkins. Best place on the High Street for lunch. Well recommended

Nothing particularly wrong with the food, it's just ok. With all the advertisement it gets about the award winning chef... You're better off going to Headley Spice, they have the real flavour, this is just ok, I can cook a better curry myself!

The menu is Indian/Nepalese and very extensive. The starter, Lamb Chops, were absolutely amazing. For my main I had a Karai Kash which is again Lamb Chops in a sauce. The main course portions were huge. A great evening with great food and service. We shall be returning....

Curry evening with 12 of us. Pre booked and our 1st visit. We will return. Service was very good and menu choices a bit different from some other places. Food was well presented and plentiful. Drink prices a tad pricey but overall no complaint and everyone had a good time.

Food was ok , but that's as far as i'd say. Vegetable dish was very oily and soggy. Salmon dish was not moist enough, over cooked.

This place should be called "Average Joe" as the food, service and the decor isn't anything special. The quality and freshness of food is questionable. We will not be going back.
