Usually never have an issue however, the lunch mohito salad was disappointing, small with a few scraps of chicken with a bone to match! I could have made a more enticing salad at home for £6.95!.

Plenty to eat well cooked but not really my type of place to eat. Frankie & Benny's Ipswich is better, same food just nicer.

We were sat on extremely sticky chairs & table which left both children's clothes sticky for the whole day. We did move ourselves eventually. It really was like a glue coating. When we saw the table being cleaned, despite our information about the stickiness, it was only given a quick wipe. A quick glance under the table showed the shiny/stuck... More

A good variety on the dinner menu and a small selection on the lunch menu. I chose the dinner menu at lunch time as we wanted a larger meal. The meal came out Luke warm and therefore got cold very quickly which was disappointing. I chose the raspberry trifle for dessert which was nice but I didn't have any honeycomb... More

Daddy and daughter night started off next door at cinema then finished in Frankie and Benny's for chocolate brownie Sunday. Great happy service, great desserts for sharing and good price too.

Typical Frankie and Benny's, foot was cooked very well, and served in a timely manor, staff were excellent and it all added up to a great experience, I had the lamb and it was fantastic.

Don't waste your time or money. Went here for breakfast the tea comes over deconstructed I wouldn't mind this but why did it take so long to make? The breakfast was sitting on the counter for ages and when I commented the waiter brought it over and yes it was cold. No one seemed to care that we wasn't happy.... More
