Used this café many times over recent years. The staff are always friendly and helpful considering what they have as working conditions - always busy. Orders taken at the counter then have to be taken to the kitchen while queues build up. The choice of food varies very little when considering this is part of a Waitrose store with a... More

We stopped on the way to Melton Constance, Norfolk. The staff were good and the food choice varied. A great 'stop off' place!

When shopping at Waitress it is a good idea to allow some extra time for a delicious breakfast in their cafe. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the choice of breakfast is wide, the room is very pleasant, being full of light, even if the view is off car park in all directions. The coffee is very good indeed, and... More

The last two visits to Waitrose Café have been disappointing. The main issue is that it is always freezing cold in here ! The majority of customers had their coats on, some also kept scarves on !! You should be able to remove outer clothing, and relax in a warm and comfortable environment This café attracts all ages of customers,... More

Free coffee as a card holder & only need to pay for my cheese scone. A snack I hear you say; by actually a very late lunch. I ask for marmite, the perfect accompaniment and yes, that's no problem. Then I'm asked 'Would you like it warm?' Well yes, and so a cheap snack became an event. Bravo Waitrose!

Overpriced Sandwiches have absolutely no taste They have limited cooking appliances so how can they cook anything decent worth eating?
