We enjoyed the Good food served here while staying in Norfolk and the pub has a good atmosphere with a nice log fire in the hearth. The fish was good and local and they obviously source local produce

Food amazing, staff fantastic, chef super talented! We came here for lunch then returned for our evening meal, cancelling our reservation at The Blakeney Hotel in favour of The Anchor. I had scallops and chicken for lunch and cheese souffle and beef Wellington for dinner. The Wellington was the best I've ever had! Child friendly, dog friendly, even have water... More

We were staying in Stiffkey just along the coast from Morston. We went to the Anchor Inn for dinner on Saturday night, it was busy so lucky we had booked before. The food and the service were both very good. The only thing preventing the full 5/5 was the ambience in the dinning room, it was all a bit bright... More

Fantastic food great selection of gins great night out. I had one of the best fish stews I have ever had, my wife had fish and chips, I don't she has ever had a fish that big in her life and it was all local caught. We would definitely visit there again.

We visited on a busy Saturday lunchtime and were found a table even though we hadn't booked. However, the server was very off hand and made it clear that she was doing us a favour by allowing us to have a table for an hour until the next booking arrived. The food was very good, especially the fish and chips,... More

Really nice relaxed atmosphere even though it was a busy lunchtime. Fantastic food - perfectly cooked monkfish - truly beautiful. Range of gin was very good too! Just a bit sad I had no room for dessert.

Dinner for two on a Friday evening. Service was friendly and prompt and the food delicious. Three courses for two, without drinks was approx. £58. All the food was tasty, well presented and well cooked. Some of the flavor mixes a little intriguing but overall it was a good meal in a very nice venue with lovely staff.

I love the Anchor for a nice pint of something from Adnam's but we came here for an early dinner as a treat. We sat in my favourite part, a cosy little nook with board games, and had a gorgeous meal. The burger is not to be missed but the monkfish on the specials was also delicious. I opted for... More

Very nice atmosphere with good service. Very cold and wet day, could have done with a fire in the main lounge!
