Went here with a friend and managed to while away almost three hours, it is in a very tranquil setting and sitting outside enjoying the sunshine you get transported to somewhere like Cornwall. The service is very quick and friendly, the food was very nice and I thought was reasonably priced and we loved how it was all presented. Would... More

If there were 3.5 stars, that's what I would have given this one. I agree with others that it is in a lovely setting, and "vintage" in its name is correct - in a good way. But.......it could - and should - be so much better. Perhaps we visited on the wrong day? We arrived just after 2pm, so quite... More

The food is alright but nothing special, a bit expensive too. But the garden outside is lovely on a sunny day, the village is beautiful.

Visiting Southill and you could quite easily be in Cornwall or even the Cotswolds......we struggled to park,so many cars out on the road,a typical tearoom, lovely old theme to the place.....a retro feel in my opinion,we sat outside as inside was very busy....but the setting was breath taking......great service and very friendly too,the finest tearoom i have visited this year.

Had a lunch at this small but charming Tea Room when in Biggleswade for a meeting. The menu is not extensive but has all the favourites you'd expect... Filled Jacket Spuds, sandwiches, cakes and scones, all at reasonable prices. The Tea Room is small, (about enough room for 20 or so persons inside, plus several tables outside if a nice... More

The tea room used to be the Southill Post Office until it was closed down a few years ago. It is a jewel. We pride ourselves on home baked cakes and scones and hope that you enjoy them just as much as we do.
