A great place right on the lake. The Ferris wheel is a must to see. Patio seating with a wonderful view. Wine is good but nothing exceptional. The bldg itself is pretty neat.

We always make our way to the Firehouse when we visit from Texas. My wife and I stopped in for sampling and lunch. It was fairly quiet, very few people there when we arrived. We are not meat eaters so we made some special requests on the menu and they accommodated us no problem and even took a few bucks... More

We had read a bit about the Firehouse Winery in a flyer. We are pleased that we decided to stop. The wine was good, the view of the lake was beautiful, customer service was excellent, and the HUGE plate of nachos was delicious. On our next visit we will make this our lunch stop for one of their sandwiches.

Outside seating overlooking Lake Erie. Tasty, large salmon wrap. Excellent prices. Backdraft brew refreshing. Can't wait to return.

A lovely place to enjoy a midday meal in the open air and soak in the view and throwback ambiance of the town. The food is plentiful but average and the wine is mostly on the sweet side and a little rough edged, but for a lakeside venue it is overall, a pleasant experience. Better that most of the other... The winery carries out the firehouse theme to the utmost and is fun to explore. We hoped to dine there, but after looking at the menu, decided to opt for something more reasonable.

We were here in our quest to eventually visit every Winery in Ohio. We know our wines. We know these weren't good. None of them had any nose at all (and I poured them from the tiny plastic cups into the souvenir glass so I could drink them). The reds did not seem to have any finish on them and... More
