My husband and I went to 1808 for our 32 wedding anniversary on 9-22-16. We did not tell anyone this was a special occasion for us. The food was excellent! I had salmon and my husband a steak. The menu is varied and interesting, not standard fare. For dessert, my husband had chocolate cheesecake and I had creme brulee. We... More

Everything is excellent at 1808! The food is gourmet! The decor is modern retro. The prices are not cheap but the food is so worth it! My husband and I go there for our anniversary, birthdays and a night out with good friends that enjoy special food and atmosphere. The servers are always well trained and very knowledgeable about what... More

Enjoyed visiting with my daughter. Menu has wonderful choices both usual and unique. Ordered out of my comfort zone and was not disappointed. Service was good.

Made a rez on a Saturday night. Great server. Delicious drinks (bourbon manhattan and unique martini). Split an excellent salad. One delicious burger .... one great 1/2 chicken dish. Will be back for more!

The restaurant itself is very quaint. Loved the atmosphere. I ordered the short rib and pimento mac and cheese. The short rib was good, great flavor. The mac and cheese hardly had any cheese at all. I was very disappointed. It was $20.00 and I didn't eat much of it at all. The beer was 1/2 price which was great.... More

Loving sitting outside and enjoying my delicious meal. Be sure to try the shrimp and grits. Super yummy!! And the bread pudding is superb. And my excellent waiter has been attentive and helpful. I will return!

Friends told us of this place, and we were floored at the wonderful food, service and reasonableness of the costs. We were there on a Tuesday night, and there is happy hour all night long Monday through Thursday. The well drinks, normally $4 were half price, as were the beers. I've never seen that anywhere! The food was wonderful, although... More

If you like a diverse menu, access to a full bar and broad wine options, and a comfortable, friendly environment... then this is the place for you. The food quality is excellent, the service is personable and attentive, and the atmosphere is just plain comfortable. We went there for an anniversary celebration, and it was perfect. It is just off... More
