So we went late at night after an event at the arena, sat in the draught house and drank a couple of those locally-brewed beers. They were good beers. The whiskey barrel-aged beer (tyhe Winter Warmer) was tasty and unique with the whiskey flavor coming on the front end. They had been aged in Woodford Reserve barrels. The Three Frogs... More

Really great place to go- great food, fantastic beers and a really unique and cool vibe- particularly in the front half. The bar area is a really neat old place that features and antique bar top and great drink selection. With that said, it would be a mistake to order anything other than their beer. Can't wait to get back

I was in town for work. A colleague and I went for dinner and drink. Had the steak on a stone. Great choice, but a little seasoning on the meat (by me or the restaurant) would have made it even better. The beers were awesome!

You can always expect a good meal and good service here. It is always packed at lunch as it's one of few choices at the north end of downtown. Even though it's usually a full house the service is timely and the food quick.

I recently had a quick get together with a dozen or so friends. The Elevator was great about accommodating us. In addition, since I was purchasing the first round but was running late they took the order over the phone and did NOT even ask for a credit card up front! The food was great and different. The beers were... More

My three keys to a good restaurant are food, service and atmosphere. Elevator did well on all three. I had the ahi tuna wrap and ginger beer both were very good. The ginger beer has some zip to it. VERY GINGERY. A colleague had the calamari app and it looked good and he said it was tasty. We had a... More

Stopped by around 5:30 on a Friday before a CBJ game and was able to get a table in the front of the house. The decor of the 100+ year old building is worth a visit itself with its stained glass and dark wood. Menu items run the $25 dollar range and include a vegetable side, if not pasta. We... More

We ate here several times, the bar is fantastic – old wood details and molding, stained glass windows, mosaic tiled floors, etc. A step back in time. AND the food was really good; highly recommend the salads, burgers, and the spicy andoille sausage tomato soup.

Beer there is amazing (tried 2 IPAs and both were solid). Food was good, but mine was served lukewarm if not cold (osso Bucco that was clearly pre-made and an attempt to reheat was not fully successful). Very tasty though.

We were drawn in by the reviews of this historic interior. We were not disappointed. The food was tasty, the beer great and the waitress even better. She gave us a great historic overview of this building when we asked. This is a great choice for dinner or drinks. If you love stunning interiors and places with a history, check... More
