The food was very good. Everything everyone in my group ordered was delicious. It just took a long time to get it. Waitress was very pleasant.

The atmosphere is very charming...small and intimate. Food was exceptional--bread was excellent; cheese plate had incredible options. We had a variety of entrees: tandori chicken, scallops, beet salad, and regular salad. All were delicious. Our host/server was attentive and friendly. Can't wait to eat here...again!More
We first learned of The Table by going there for a Columbus brunch tour. We liked it so much we returned the following Friday (tonight). The food was great! Started with the smoked deviled eggs-fantastic. Then we shared the Pad Thai and Tandoori chicken. They...were the best with huge flavor. The owner Sang was beyond hospitable. We will be back!More
My husband and I shared the bruschetta and then the scallops dish. Both dishes had a wonderful array of flavors. Our host/ server, Sam, certainly knew the menu well and helped to make our dinner experience that much more enjoyable with her happy and funloving...disposition, despite being busy. With an eclectic atmosphere and accompanying music, we would certainly come back.More
My subcommittee was looking for a place that could handle a group and found The Table, which ended up being a rather elaborate walk/ride because of some massive construction going on along High Street - we ended up having to go way out of our...way to get there by car, since not only High but a bunch of cross streets were messed up as well. The place was not crowded our evening, maybe due to the travel challenges. Given the food I'm surprised, because it's exceptional - they're a farm-to-table kind of place that does some fun global things with their menu. I ended up having their tandoori chicken (very nice!) and a special pork and black-eyed peas soup that was excellent. They have a full bar, and beer is bottle/can mostly, but good local beers can be had. Their desserts are locally-derived mostly, and some are suitably small - I had a $2 coconut macaroon which comprised one chocolate covered, clearly home made macaroon that was made with real coconut, very tasty, and a perfect cap-off to the meal. Easily the best place I tried in Columbus while I was there!More
Arrived to celebrate Father's Day with the family, and was extremely disappointed with this restaurant. Coffee and food was cold, there was a worm in our salad, so gross! The manager/owner made no accommodations to our bill. Very disappointing, we will never go back nor...reccomend to anyone. You can have cute kitschy decorations, tables, and dinnerware, but if the food and service is bad, no thank you!More
Rustic tables and distressed wood floors and walls make for a warm and comfortable ambience on entering The Table. We had reservations for 6 p.m. and were greeted and seated promptly. Our server took our drink orders immediately, but misheard one of them, which was...quickly corrected. My husband's coffee took a bit longer to prepare, but was enjoyable on a cold, rainy evening. We both enjoyed the house salad, an interesting blend of unusual greens and other veggies. I enjoyed my market fish, a scallop-stuffed sole with a radish and grapefruit salad and warm barley. My son said his tandoori chicken was good, and my husband's shrimp and grits was "just okay." Overall, the atmosphere was unique, the service was good, and the food average.More
Eclectic ambiance and delicious food. Shared the shrimp and grits with one of the home made biscuits. Satisfying and surprisingly not heavy at all!
I brought my family of 6 here after reading reviews on Open Table and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is small so we waited for a table even with a reservation but it was only 10-15 minutes. The food was eclectic and had tastes...from all over the world (African, Indian, French, American). Best quiche since I was in France!! The service was nice and the people very friendly.More
Our family met for dinner on a Friday night--first time we've all been together in over a year, and The Table was a great setting. We had a nice big round table that was perfect. We had a number of special requests and dietary requirements...and the restaurant was more than eager to help us out--thank you Sang! The appetizers, salad (with the coconut hummus on the bottom- amazing), and fish were excellent. The dessert selection we had was also very good. The only dish that was sort of a clunker was the quinoa-stuffed squash; the pepitas were a little overwhelming, the squash was too small and underdone to really eat easily--the quinoa was good though. Mostly a great meal, but the price tag was shocking. 8 people with 1 bottle of wine came to well over $400 with tip. This was a special occasion, but for a typical family dinner out, be prepared to pay.More
