I used to love Lindeys. Been going there for years. Had a very poor experience recently. It was very obvious the staff follows their management’s lead. Which would be wonderful and how it should be, but only if management itself is good. Drama and insincerity....Would not recommend anymore.More

Solid but expected more.. waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Drinks were solid but the halibut was dry. Not sure how they did it but dry halibut isn't pleasant. My son ordered the lobster / shrimp risotto which tasted better. Anyway, nice atmosphere and cute...village just disappointed with an expensive meal that wasn't cooked properly. Will try it again when back in town.More

We were invited to Lindey's by local friends and we had a lovely evening dining al fresco. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating on several levels and we were seated in the lower garden level. From the beginning, our server was pleasant and we...ordered drinks, including a nice California white, He suggested some specials of the day and we chose a calamari and shrimp appetizer with a nice remoulade to start. It was very light and delicious. For dinner, we enjoyed a shrimp risotto and angel hair pasta with salmon. Both were prepared and presented well, creative versions of old classics. The atmosphere, service and food made a beautiful evening and we could see why Lindy's is our friends' favorite restaurant.More

No reservations but we’re lucky to get patio.Great seating which we loved at first but the sun came too strong to make us sweat by the time we finished our brunch; Now coming to the food and drinks - loved the margarita not the bloody...Mary .Calamari shrimp appetizer was really worth the try with 2 sauces.Crab egg entree with spinach hash was yummy but dish did not do justice to word crab cake; It was like —were is the crab meat? .Way too much potato as fillers. My husband had a breakfast entree where again the potato came in excess. But even the potatoes /hash were one of the best I had tasted in C’bus. Parking was scarce. I would like to try lunch /dinner here before deciding on further visits.More

Got to eat outside so maybe that had a lot to do with it. But our waitress Dina was wonderful and the food was absolutely great!

We dined here for Mother's day. This was our first visit, but we found it to be an excellent choice. The curbside valet was very helpful, as we could not find any parking. We were seated promptly, no waiting. The whiskey choice was amazing, just...what we expect in a restaurant, but seldom find. The wine available by the glass was also exceptional quality. Service was fast, friendly, and helpful, not pushy. My wife and I both started with the lobster bisque and the wedge salad, both as good as we have ever had. I ordered the lamb chops and she had the fillet. Both were seasoned and cooked perfectly as ordered. We finished with an ice cream and liqueur for desert. This is the type of restaurant that we hope for each time we dine out, but rarely encounter. Lindey's did not fall short at any level, and we would recommend a visit to anyone (except those with small children).More

Have always loved Lindsey’s but we’ve specifically been getting carry out dessert lately. Try the post Mortem dessert - brownie, coffee ice cream, and chocolate sauce. Delicious!

On our 2nd night in Columbus, we followed Paul’s recommendation (our server from Barcelona) to visit Lindey’s. If you actually google the best of the best, they’re always part of the top notch. Well, this restaurant offers a great variety & fine value tasting menu....The atmosphere is elegant & probably one of the prettiest bar set up I’ve ever seen. I had the bourbon ginger-peach slush which is going on my fave list of drink, everything was de-li-cious. Our server Chad was attentive & friendly. We highly recommend it & will definitely come back again.More

My wife and I were in Columbus doing some shopping and we took the opportunity to visit Lindey’s. We had added Lindey’s to our list of Columbus restaurants to try based on reviews on TripAdvisor. Lindey’s has plexiglass dividers between tables and we we visited...for an early dinner the crowd allowed ever other table to be empty so we were happy with the social distancing. The restaurant is nice inside and the atmosphere is very nice. We shared a nice bottle 2014 Esprit de Pavic Bordeaux. They have a nice wine list. Our waiter was very good and shared some information on the menu that we found helpful. They brought bread and butter to the table and the bread was very good. We shared the Calamari and Shrimp Appetizer which was excellent. We then had the lobster bisque which was good. My wife had enjoyed very much the grouper. I had the Gorgonzola crusted filet. The filet was good but somehow heavily charred despite my having ordered it medium. I don’t think I would order this again but instead would try their Tournedos of Beef. The overall experience here was very good and we recommend Lindey’s. The Area is quite nice. We parked on the street in front of the restaurant.More

I have two children and the first one went to lindeys for her first meal at 6 days old! They have a U shaped booth in the room in the back that we always request and it is comfy and more private. The other comment on here... More
