Step into The Keep Restaurant and Liquor Bar and you’ll find a chef-driven, modern brasserie with a speakeasy bar. It’s the best of the 1920s, with a 21st Century twist, inspired by its location in historic LeVeque Tower, an art deco masterpiece completed in 1927. Drawing on local and regional ingredients, award-winning Chef Jonathan Olson reinvents beloved classic dishes using modern techniques, creativity and a dash of sophistication. Tucked away on the second floor of the Tower, The Keep gives the same imaginative update to its intimate speakeasy lounge. Old-school cocktails enjoy a fresh remake with flavorful house-made syrups and botanicals. The wine list features old- and new-world vintages

I was looking forward to dinner here. I love French food and few places have escargot and duck on the menu. Sadly I walked away after a $200 meal saying “meh”. First - they are not equipped for a pre theater crowd. At all. They...More
