I have dined here multiple times. Every single time the food and service from the staff are impeccable. I highly recommend the stuffed risotto fritters and tiramisu. The most recent time I visited was with friends on the 17th. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and...friendly. We also had the pleasure of sitting in front of the main windows. My absolute favorite table in the restaurant. I look forward to coming here for years to come!More

The staff are very knowable about the food and wine, our meal was amazing I had the Goat Cheese Ravioli and my husband had lasagna - he said it is the best he has ever had. We will definitly be returning. A major thank you...to Jackie and Rick!!!More

Totally not worth the $. Food was just ok! Fried calamari mixed with French fries, pork shoulder was so dry. Beets were undercooked for the salad. The chef’s special, cod cheeks were the only good dish tonight. Overall, not a good experience!
Went to the one in Dublin and was worth the 2hour drive from Cleveland. The chicken parm, lasagna and spaghetti was great. Nice atmosphere and service was good

I have had better dinners and desserts in other restaurants. This place has a well-gained "name"; but the food is nothing I can not find -by far better- somewhere else. Totally overpriced in my opinion. Basically 80 dollars for the service... the entry soup was...great, mi dinner ...was past of salt and insipid meat. The tiramisu was not the original version... Chocolate instead of cinnamon on the top...More

Recently went with large group and everyone said it was one of the best meals they have had. I'm vegan and they made me one of the best vegan meals I've ever had. Service was perfection. It's obvious the owner is invested in everyone having...a great experience. Highly recommend!More

Went to Z Cucina after reading good reviews on TripAdvisor. It didn't disappoint! Really great food, super tasty! A good cocktail menu, friendly staff & desserts to die for 😋 Perfect place for a celebration dinner or a date night. Would definitely return!

Grandview Heights is a neighborhood just west of the more popular Short North neighborhood and this restaurant hits the mark if you want a good meal in a casual atmosphere. We had the option of sitting outside and we took it. They make their cheese...and pasta on site so we had to get the Caprese salad to start and I also got the meatballs which I guess is one of their specialties and they didn't disappoint. Just spicy enough and great texture. Would definitely get these again. For entrees, I had the lobster triangoli which was unique but delicious and I really enjoyed it. My wife had the ricotta gnocchi and enjoyed that as well. Good wine and booze selection. Attentive service. Fine food in a charming neighborhood slightly off the beaten path if you're just in Columbus to visit. I'd visit here again.More

We relocated to this area from northeast Ohio 3 years ago and have always been disappointed when trying 4 and 5 star restaurants in the Columbus area. None compared to the quality to which we were accustomed. Not so with Z Cucina di Spirito! This...is a 5 star restaurant in every aspect. We were greeted and seated by the owner, Rick as soon as we walked in the door. Our waitress, Angela, was friendly, patient (I couldn't decide what to get), and attentive throughout our visit. The cocktails, wine, tapas, salad (the Z Caesar salad is a must try), entrees (whether traditional Italian or "modern"), and desserts were all 5 star worthy and favorably compared to the authentic Italian food we used to enjoy in Little Italy in Cleveland. The atmosphere is relaxing and relatively quiet thanks to the sound absorbing decor and my husband and I agreed we could not have found a better place to celebrate our anniversary (they even presented us with a lovely gratuitous dessert). We will definitely be frequenting this restaurant!More

Truly amazing food. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Drinks, food and even the dessert was all 100% better than any restaurant I have tried in Columbus. I just got back from Italy 2 weeks ago and prefer this food over most of the food...I tried in Italy except In Bologna.More

Went to dinner on Saturday. First, very relaxing place. Want inside table--no problem, But I look at outside and seems to be very nice too. Our server was very nice and attentive--her name is Katherine. Second, the cocktails were awesome--who ever was the bartender--my wife...wants to kiss you. They were that good. Third--I had the filet mignon was cooked perfectly--dead on. I subbed for the crab risotto and it was delicious. The asparagus was large and nicely prepared. My wife had the lamb chops--they were large--crusty on outside and beautiful pink in inside. Lovely time.More

Great experience. We had a reservation and we were seated as soon as we walked in. They had many wine and cocktail options. They give bread an oil before dinner and it was delicious. Our entrees came out quickly and were amazing! Our waitress was...awesome and checked on us frequently.More
