About
In a world of white tablecloths and subtle snobbery, we're doing something rare: being real. We're less steak and more house. Our house - and yours. Urban Farmer was founded on the idea that combining responsibly sourced food, high-quality ingredients and down-to-earth values would create a new kind of steakhouse, where people could create memories and communities could thrive.

Pork chop on the dinner menu was the best I have ever tasted. Twice baked mashed potatoes were fantastic. Also had the brussel sprouts, amazing. Great night out.

I’ve been here many times, but the last three times, I’ve had to send my steaks back because they were cold. This last time, I spent $100 on the filet minion tasting menu. I shouldn’t get a warm plate with cold meat. Even after sending...it back, it was slightly better (I had blue cheese butter on top, barely melted off). I shouldn’t have to take $100 worth of meat home to properly warm it up, not to mention my wife’s cold filet. Not looking to complain, but three straight times? And last night they weren’t even busy. On a lighter note, the French onion soup was fantastic.More

Spent a quiet dinner with family at this great restaurant. They try to source as much of their food as possible from local sources. We had as an appetizer the cheese and charcuterie board which was very good. We went with their suggestion for the...wine which was spot on. We each had a different main course and all was phenomenal.More

The fish sandwich is outstanding. The domestic bottle beer is pricey. Nice looking place inside. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Full bar.

We decided to give the brunch a shot after weeks of talking about it. Since it's considered a Browns Brunch, they only held them during Sunday home games. You can order off the menu; however, the brunch items are rather tasty with a french bread...station, scrambled eggs, potatoes, fruits, oatmeal, pastries, bacon (and other meats), etc. They also feature a Bloody Mary bar and a champagne bar (much needed this season). The place was jammed, so reservations are a must. Great service, good food and now if the 2020 Browns get get back on track....More

This was our first visit to Cleveland and this restaurant was close to our hotel. We were able to book a reservation so we took it and were glad we did. First we stopped by the bar for Happy Hour and were met by an...outstanding bar tender. She was most friendly and introduced us to a drink she invented, Smoking Barrels, it's a truly amazing drink ! The dining experience was enhanced by the top notch service from our host, servers, to our waiter. Even though this establishment has great meats my wife & I enjoyed their fish dishes which were outstanding.More

I was in town on business and decided to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was great! I had a filet and a Caesar salad. However, the French onion soup was, honestly, the best I have ever had. I highly recommend it....The only reason that I give this a 4 instead of a 5 is that the bartender lacked personality and I was rushed through my meal. I even told the bartender to slow things down as I was in no hurry. However my entire meal took 30 minutes....way too fast to truly enjoy it. The bartender blamed it on the kitchen. All in all, I highly recommend the restaurant.More

Had to travel to Cleveland for some family business and due to some frustrations and other issues we did not eat dinner the night before. Add to that we were extremely tired so Urban Farmer was perfect because it is attached to the Westin Hotel...which is where we are staying...(I may review that later...) and I certainly did not feel like driving! The establishment is very nice and has a large open atmosphere. The staff was nice and very friendly. But I will admit I wasn’t as talkative as I usually am due to the lack of rest and my “HANGRY” attitude! There is a two team approach to the seating and service which is very nice. The waitress sat us down and took our drink orders and the waiter took our food order. The good thing about the two team approach was it sped up things especially when it was time to order another drink. The waitress kept the table clean and ensured we had enough drink refills and libations which was then brought out by the waiter.... a very nice touch 👌🏾! I know I’m not the only person who was served by one person that is working multiple tables so not only do you have to wait for the waiter/waitress to take the order then the return to bring the food. Now on to the food..... We got the “Build your own Bloody Mary Bar,” “Bubbly Bar,” “Farm Eggs Any Style” and “Grilled Flat Iron Steak & Eggs!” Don’t judge me but yes I tried everything and I was being greedy because I was hungry. EVERYTHING was excellent, YES EVERYTHING! Don’t think just because I’m was hungry that I’m not critical of my food. Being a son of a chef makes me very critical when it comes to food and I always speak my mind. But I’m the case of Urban Farmer, the service and food was excellent so compliments to the chef! The Build your own Bloody Mary Bar was amazing. I’m sorry I don’t have a picture of the final product of the Bloody Mary because I was so excited about the bar that I forgot to take picture before I indulged. The bubbly bar is amazing as well. In either case...the waiter brings your alcohol of choice in a small carafe and you make the drink yourself. This is awesome because you can make the drink as strong as you like. The Farm Eggs were great but they serve this “Breakfast Sausage that you can choose as your protein and OH MY GOODNESS!!! This sausage will make you slap yo momma! The Flat Iron Steak was truly something else! It was cooked medium, seasoned like you wouldn’t believe and very tender. Not all chefs can get the temperature of a steak perfectly but this one was ON POINT! Add to that the food came out very quickly, was hot and certainly enjoyable. If you are ever in Cleveland I highly encourage you to patronize Urban Farmer!!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! If you do stop by... tell em Drew sent ya! Y’all be Easy! Drew✌🏾More

We enjoy breakfast here. The eggs Benedict is a favorite item on the menu. While others have issues with service we did not. I assume it’s because we are having breakfast and the restaurant is not at full capacity. Nice menu for brunch as well....Not an inexpensive place so be aware.More

13-15 minutes. We walked from Lakeside to restaurant, then to the Q, then back. Easy walk.
