I was in Cleveland for a conference and happened to be staying in the Westin. Doing a little research on good restaurants led me just downstairs to the Urban Farmer, a restaurant just off the lobby of the hotel. Urban Farmer bills itself as Cleveland's...More

We stayed at the Westin and we ended up eating breakfast here twice. Food was really good. I had a frittata with "foraged" mushrooms, and it was lovely. A side of house made chicken and cherry sausages was really tasty, bursting with flavors. The house...More

This restaurant is amazing! From the style to the food, you must stop here when you have the chance. We had breakfast and dinner there and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend to everyone to go there!

Went here for brunch on Labor Day. The restaurant itself was roomy and comfortable. The service was good. In terms of the food, my husband had a turkey panini and I had the eggs with sausage. The panini was okay, but nothing to write home...More

Spent not quite all day at Rock Hall of Fame and needed a snack before dinner. Walked by and came in on a whim. Everything we chose was wonderful: the cheese plate, devil eggs and the meat plate as well. Service was friendly, attentive but...More

Great food. Pricey but totally worth it. My son and I had wagyu ribeye, prime rib, pork belly, atlantic and pacific oysters, foraged mushrooms and fingerling potatoes tart. Everything was extremely good. Service was very good too. They gave us dessert (baked Alaska) for free...More

Find another place to eat. The food is way undercooked and way too salty. They need a new chef. Friday nights should be prime time but.. Numerous better places near by on 4th & Warehouse District or the Ritz.

Last time I was there, it was $15 to valet for a meeting at the hotel. Parking meters are 1 or 2 hr max.

Description
With emphasis on local, organic sourcing and simple straightforward presentations, Urban Farmer redefines the modern Cleveland steakhouse. The ambiance is at once a tribute to the quaintness of a restored farmhouse and the aesthetic audacity of mid-20th century modernism. The country chic décor designed by David Ashen uses organic, reclaimed and modern materials.
