Not a fan favorite. Food is bland and unexciting and service not that friendly. I much prefer Qdoba any day!

When there three workers were working and none knew nothing. The food was just ok. Taco Bell is'nt all that great but your better off going there.First and last time at this place

I stopped at the store in Strongsville this week for two burritos. The difference between these two restaurants was Hot Heads had better sauce choices, as well as different meal offerings. Other than that, the burrito was comparable to Chipotle.
Not good, not bad. Poor service, the staff was rude and unprofessional and delivered a sub par product.

Pretty much same menu as chipotle, but little better sauces. Definitely not the assembly line attitude that I seemingly always get at chipotle.
Same concept as Chipotle but much fresher and tastier. They have many options that allow you to "customize" your experience. I enjoy the heat. Even the queso is good!
