When I spent my year long internship working in Downtown Cleveland, I always took my friends and family out to this cafe either for a light brunch or for afternoon tea. They always have fantastic Italian cookies and a variety of Italian food dishes. Wish I could be back in Cleveland for hidden gems like this one!

We really enjoy having lunch and dessert at Presti's. My favorite is the sausage pizza. They also have great breads as well. Word of caution -- it can be extremely crowded during lunch hours, but they try to make it fair by having everyone in line grab a next-in-line number ticket.

great food in Little Italy. Vert chaotic and casual and a great place to sit outside on the street in summer and watch the happenings of Urban Cleveland Little Italy.

I love this place and stop every time I'm in Little Italy! The cookies remind me of my grandma and my Mom.

I stop in here every now and then, just to get some bakery. I love the tiramisu and kolatchy. They have sandwiches and other items but I confess I have a sweet tooth so I don't buy much else. My husband bought some Italian bread though which was also very good. Parking can be a problem, especially on the weekends.... More

The family and I visited one day and shall I say we were discouraged from buying and asked to leave for no proper professional, ethical or moral reasons. My family and I have all of those three traits and then some. My understanding was it was the owner who acted in this manner so I cannot speak for the rest... More

If you like lovely, fresh, Italian pastries you'll love Presti's. They call them lobster tails, but they're really sfogliatelle and they are worth it all. But eat them right away, as the keeping of them doesn't work. Now or never, like so many good things.

Presti's is our favorite place to go after dinner in Little Italy. They have a huge selection of pastries and the atmosphere is fun. I recommend it to everyone.

This is by far one of the best Italian Bakeries in the whole city of Cleveland. I've stopped in a number of times mostly for the Cannoli which are to die for. I always by a dozen and take them home. The other items are just as good. if get there around lunch time you will have a bit of... More
