We’ve been coming here for at least 25 yr., mostly for breakfast. We almost always split the corned beef special with an extra side of eggs and rye toast. Plenty for each of us. They have the best corned beef hash ever. We’ve ordered it...a number of times at far more expensive restaurants than here and usually get something resembling canned hash. This has plenty of corned beef with potatoes and onions with crispy bits. Good rye bread. Jamie has been there for eons and is the best waitress! She always remembers what everyone wants even if there are 10 or 12 of us and even if it’s been months since we’ve been in. At lunch we split a hot beef sandwich with fries and gravy over all of it. Delicious! Doesn’t look like much from the outside but they have the same corned beef sandwiches that Slyman’s does...it’s owned by a relative. Always a long to go line. Check it out!More

We've been coming here for years. We try to sit in Jamie's section. She knows what each of 5 couples typically orders. We're usually there once a week in the summer from spring until fall. No matter how long it's been, she always remembers. We...think their corned beef hash is the best ever. Others like their sliced corned beef with eggs and their really good rye bread. We sometimes stop in for a hot roast beef sandwich with fries and gravy over all of it. We split this and it's plenty. All of the nearby corned beef places are owned by cousins. We like this one. It's kind of like the U.N. inside with people from all over. Friendly cashier. Dependably good food!More

I've been coming here all my life. They've NEVER served me anything that didn't leave me stuffed and happy! We live on the other side of the country now, and this is ALWAYS the first place we come iso home cooked goodness. There is NOTHING...I've been served that has ever been sent back to the kitchen. I usually have their breakfast and OMG the home fries are to die for. (caution the hot sauce is VERY VERY HOT) My son took a corned beef to go. Who can eat all that? 1 corned beef sandwich is enough to feed 2 adults.More

What a lucky find! Just a quick stop to grab a drink and use the restroom...we seriously did not seek this place out to eat. The outside is a plain brick building with nothing to really lure you in that I can recall. I sat...at the counter and the sweetest waitress attended to us. We only had soup , a light bite , not too hungry. It was wedding soup and it was amazing, rich, flavorful and I honestly could have licked the bowl. Lol I will go back for the corned beef next time I am in Cleveland. This place is a simple clean warm friendly diner...fair price for excellent food, a busy local eatery... the kind of place I love to find!More

Superior Restaurant has the absolute best corned beef in the city! It's not too dry, not too greasy.. just perfect - consistently! Some say it's a little pricey now (prices increase periodically), but I've never heard a complaint about the SIZE of these colossal beauties!...I don't even know a lot of folks who can eat a whole sandwich in one sitting. Not just the corned beef, though. They have an amazing open faced roast beef meal and the club sandwich is perfect. Superior Restaurant (please don't get this place confused with another joint with almost the same name, and from what I understand, pretty close by). Superior RESTAURANT is the real deal. Phoned in orders are always ready when promised. They allow advance orders (I ordered in advance for St. Paddy's Day). They're even open on Saturdays. The food is always fresh and the place is clean. The breakfast is also a reason to go in. I've ordered a breakfast sandwich and picked it up in five minutes. Hot & ready! Parking can sometimes be a challenge, but spaces open up really quickly because of the take-out and call-ahead orders. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's got a diner feel. I highly recommend this place to hungry folks!More

I had lunch there last week. It really isn't much on decor. The server was nice. The place is basic and clean. But the pastrami was excellent!! Moist and the perfect taste of age and rubs. I also had fries which were good. This place...was packed and I see now why. The prices were very reasonable.More

I love this place they have very good breakfast and lunch. It get a little crowded at time but its a great place to get.

On the day I went bathroom sink water was NOT working due to repairs. Didn't realize until I soaped my hands up-ughghg. None-the-less I informed staff and they were very accommodating and very polite! Food was good. I specifically ate here to judge for myself...whether or not they were better or not than SLYMAN's. So here is the verdict. This is a diner deli average food-corn beef more moist then SLYMANS but..the SLYMAN CRAZY FAST PACED wait in line for incredible corned beef piled on the most delicious bread to me was better because SLYMANS offered the best horseradish I have ever tasted. Superiors though was a good experience and everyone left Happy. I would do it again! I'm from Atlanta.More

The daily specials are delicious. I have eaten here many times- the corned beed sandwich is huge. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes are like home made.

I had the bacon eggs and home fries I asked them to put onions in my home fries. cook my bacon crispy and well done, and make my eggs over medium with cheese on top. Everything was perfect. I wish I had that cook at...home. Great job Chef!More
